• Beauty services through independent contractors

• Salon suite rentals to licensed beauty professionals

• Facility access and amenities to suite renters

Independent Contractors

Our beauty professionals are independent contractors, not employees of Third Story Studios. Each professional:

• Sets their own prices and schedules

• Is responsible for their own services and client relationships

• Maintains their own licensing and insurance

Booking and Payment

• Service bookings are made directly with individual professionals

• Payment terms are set by each independent professional

• Cancellation policies vary by professional

• Suite rental terms are outlined in separate rental agreements

Liability

• Third Story Studios is not liable for services provided by independent contractors

• Each professional maintains their own liability insurance

• Use of facilities is at your own risk

• We are not responsible for personal property left on premises

Conduct

Users must:

• Treat all staff and professionals with respect

• Follow facility rules and guidelines

• Maintain appropriate behavior on premises

• Comply with all applicable laws

Intellectual Property

• All website content, logos, and materials are owned by Third Story Studios

• You may not reproduce or distribute our content without permission

• Professional work and portfolios belong to individual contractors

Privacy

Your privacy is governed by our separate Privacy Policy.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted with an effective date.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Kansas state law.
